Return/Refund Policy
We offer store credit or exchanges on clothing only, which will be issued within 15 days of purchase with receipt. No refunds on merchandise.
To be eligible for store credit or exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All sales are final on purses, accessories, and any custom items.
To start an exchange or refund in store credit, you can contact us at tiffany@gradygirl.shop. From there, we will provide you the address to where the merchandise will be sent to.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items, sale items or gift cards.
